The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center

Adult Care Services is a private, nonprofit organization based in Prescott, Arizona, dedicated to supporting adults with memory loss, disabilities, and illnesses. It serves as the management company for The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center (Prescott Valley) and The Margaret T. Morris Center (Prescott), Northern Arizona’s specialized memory care assisted living community. Since 1982, ACS has focused on quality care, service, and quality of life, promoting independence, dignity, and respect through medical services, social activities, and specialized dementia support.
